We have just come off our first PPV. I hope everyone enjoyed the matches on the card. Saku and Bailey had great chemisty and it was fairly easy to write for these two. They worked really well together. The Gauntlet match came off really well, as well. 3/4 participants rped and all 3 put out really good rps.
As you know, Valor has taken some hits of the last week. Immune/Voodoo, Justin Tyme, Rodney Paine, and PJ Money, among others are no longer apart of Valor's active roster. Obviously, some of those names were some major hits. But life goes on. As most of you know, Brandon Bailey has been promoted to Assistant Booker. He, along with ZMaster will assist me in putting together stories, angles and help deciding match results. He has also been very active in an attempt to lure a major efed star to Valor. For fear of a jinx, I will not mention his name as of right now. But he could become a saving grace for Valor. A few other names have come across my desk over the weekend, and we will be speaking with several people throughout the week about coming to Valor. Please stay patient in the transitional period. I have run a fed for 13 years. I have seen drier spells than this and we have survived. I can assure you, Valor will survive.
I would like to take this time to make a huge announcement. There are plans, at some point this year, to run a special tournament called "The Young Lion's Cup." This tournament will be a one night event. The winner of this tournament will receive a trophy and become the first ever Young Lion's Cup Champion. We hope to make this an annual event, much like CZW's Best Of The Best. The premise is the event is by invitation only and will involve wrestlers from across the globe, not just Valor stars. This tournament is for young and up and coming talent. Major stars like Brandon Bailey, Saku, Eric Hardcastle and such will not be invited to participate.
That about covers it all. We will have more info. on The Young Lion's Cup in the near future. Thank you.
