Attention Members of Valor:
This Fireside is very important and it covers two important issues. One is, I am making announcements concerning the company and what is going on. Though, I get PMs asking the same questions over and over. Fireside is not an optional read.....it is a MUST READ! I want to know just how many people actually read The Fireside Chat. I expect each and everyone one of you to reply to this fireside. When you reply, just state that you read it and understand. Simple. Lets find out how many people are reading it.
Second, is the issue of quitting. Look, we all get burned out. We all want to do something different, etc. I understand that. Everyone understands that. But we are trying to run Valor like a business. I need people to pick up their balls in their hands and PM me, IM me, Email me, drop by my fucking door step and let me know what is going on. We can book you out of an angle, and make your return more special when you decide to come back. Or at least give you a little dignity on the way out. Do not post on the board "I Quit". You got no balls if you do something like that. People come and go all the time, but I am sick of building angles of having people drop off the face of the earth. Starting yesterday, if you need to quit Valor and don't approach me or Bailey or Zmaster or Immune, before you do it.......you are not coming back to Valor! YOU ARE BANNED! We don't need people like that. In or out. Simple and easy. And if you are out, all I need is a heads up and about a weeks time to work you off the roster. Thats all I am asking and I think what I am asking for isn't a whole lot. Thank you.
