It has been about 2 weeks since, I have last addressed everyone. At the behest of Ganador, don't why I am listening to a washed up bum like him ;D. But at his behest......I am taking this time to address ROI.
First subject I would like to address is this week's Slam. Some of you may look at it and wonder why the hell was Hardcastle/Saint/Bailey dominating the card?! Simple. Those 3 guys seem to be the 3 biggest rpers in the fed. Those 3 along with PJ Money and even newcomer Juba have been roleplaying their asses off the last few weeks. Originally, when constructing the card, that was not my goal. But since I had 5 no shows for the event, thats how I had to fill it. I decided to advance the biggest angle going in ROI. This should be an example to all who want to take it to the next level. The more you rp and the harder you rp, the more you are going to get out of it. I just noticed, but I think on every single card that Brandon Bailey had a match, he main evented. The guy has been around 10 years and busts his ass week in and week out. He develops stories and angles and runs ideas by me all the time. When you put a whole lot in, you are going to get a whole lot out of it. I even got a PM today from Ganador, who isnt even on the roster anymore, with ideas. Thats sad. Its sad to the guys who do rp and contribute nothing more. I can only work with what I get. I try to develop stories, but the rpers are dropping the ball. Another bit of praise goes to PJ Money and Juba. Juba, you have been rping and you havent had a match. When I released the Slam lineup for next week, I made a mistake. I forgot to add you to it. I have corrected it and if you take a look, you have a match against Cardinal. My apologies.
This past week, 5 no shows. The rule is 3 no shows, and its automatic termination. We are cleaning up the roster and eliminating the deadweight. I cannot have half the card get flushed again. This week's lineup is stacked!! I mean stacked to the hilt. We had a nice influx of talent come in this week and want to show them that we are committed to making them stars. So please check and see if you have a match and make sure you are roleplaying for it! Submit ideas and lets work some stories together.
Now, people might be wondering what happened to the name change? Well....we have been working on graphics and such and we are almost completely done. I am hoping by the middle of the week, we will be able to start calling this place Valor. Big thanks goes to Saku for all his help in getting the graphics done.
The World Title Tournament is coming to the finals this week on Slam. In the 13 years I have done efedding, I cant remember a time that the final 4 was so close on ability. I would not want to bet money on these 2 matches. Good luck to all 4 guys!!!
The company is moving along pretty nicely, a little more participation from a few more guys and we will really have a kick ass fed. This weeks card is going to involve a lot of work and I hope that all of you will put the same amount of effort that I put into the cards. The Valor main logo just got finished, so I am going to add it to the main page.
The name change is official, please ignore things that mention, ROI, as Zmaster will be spending the week cleaning up the board. So the new name is in effect from here on out! If you need anything, you know where to reach me! I'm out, quicker than a fat girl playing dodge ball! Peace!
