Flashing lights are all around in the darkness of the night. All down the streets, lights here, lights there, lights everywhere. They flash all around us. Some say “Casino and Motel” while others say “Restaurant and Casino.” Every building has flashing lights. It seems like it’s the day time down the streets. Yes, we are in Las Vegas tonight. Lots of flashing lights about gambling. Every building is a casino, however this one particular casino has a special guest making the bets tonight. The sounds of dice rolling, and wheels being spun, and slot machines being pulled down. But one noise out does them all. It is the noise of a siren. The hearing of a man is heard in the distance.
Man: Double or Nothing?
We don’t hear an answer. Instead we hear dice being rolled. And cheering from all around. We realize that there is a huge crowd around a certain table. They are all seeing a man who seems to be really lucky tonight. They all seem to be around more or so a certain person rather then the table. It’s hard to tell who it is, as there are so many people. We hear the dice rolled again however, and everyone starts cheering again. Obviously something good happened. The group of people applaud for a second, and make a path for the man to leave, as he has had enough. Once the path is clear, it is easily noticed that the man is Luther Castle.
Luther Castle: Thank you for the chance to play people. I guess I was the lucky man tonight. I showed everyone here that I am a winner. However, instead of being a greedy cocky bastard, I stopped while I was ahead, and walked away with a good profit. However, I know someone out there who would of easily kept going, and probably would even go to the point of buying out the game manager to make him win more. He would probably go until he ran the place out of business. And he probably would brag and brag about how rich he is, and how he is better then everyone. Yeah, Havok, I am talking about you. You think you can just go around, saying you are better then us all with all your money. You think you can get all the girls you want, all the cars you can afford, all the houses you can purchase. However, something you’ll never be able to buy is a win against me. If you want a win, you will have to fight for it. Heh, something you have never done in your life. I bet you paid your way through life. I bet you paid your way into the VWA. Hell, I bet you paid off every single referee to get you every single win you have ever gotten. But you see Havok, when you face me, there isn’t a man in the world who will take a payment to have a loss come my way. Referee’s are afraid of me. That’s why last week I was counted out. They were afraid I would beat up not only Method Cobra, but also Cecil. So he called for the bell. But this week they won’t be doing that again.
Luther Castle calls for a waiter. The waiter comes with a tray of drinks. Luther reaches up, and grabs a mixed drink. He gives the waited the price for the drink, plus a nice tip too. The waiter should be happy about that, the tip was big enough to buy a new suit. Luther Castle takes a sip, realizing he picked a rye and coke. Luther wipes his mouth.
Luther Castle: You see Havok, I am a man who just won’t let anyone get things without working for them. You have to work you way to the top. Sometimes you can have some fun, like I just did tonight, but you have to generally work your day to the leadership role. You just can’t pay your way up, because people tend to get annoyed, and they end up beating the living hell out of you. But I bet you are not listening to me. I bet you are shrugging it off, so I am going to have to teach you this lesson. I hate to see someone, like you get beaten like this. I won’t lie Havok, you are impressive, but you are just too stupid and cocky to realize you have the talent to make it. Instead, you reply on money. I am going to change that. I am going to let the wrath of Luther Castle make you another victim, another man to fear me. Another man who wants nothing to do with me, but also wants me to be their friend, because they know that I will be able to have them move up the ladder. Havok, it’s time to face the truth. You are good, but you are not letting yourself get better because you are thinking money is the way. You are just a cocky kid who needs to be taught a lesson. You should be honoured that Luther Castle is taking on the role to help you with this cockiness.
Luther takes another sip of his drink. He is almost done it. Yes, he drinks fast. He knows not to drink too much though, he doesn’t want to get drunk after all. He’d rather just celebrate the fact that he made a lot of money tonight, on his vacation from work. Luther Castle sets the empty glass on a slow machine. He looks at his wrist, where a watch reads a time. Eight o’clock.
Luther Castle: Time is getting old. It’s getting late. It’s time for luck to run out. Your cockiness has gotten you to be a lucky person Havok. However, when you get into that ring with Luther Castle, luck is about to run out and once I set my wrath into over drive, you will have no where to go. You will have no choice but to except your fate, and learn the lesson of cockiness. You are making a huge wager going up against me. You are betting your career against me. I hope you know what you are getting yourself into. You better shape up and fast Havok, I am not going easy on you. Your lesson will be learned, just like tonight here in this casino. I will be the winner come Shot Glass. My wrath will be seen. Luther Castle will prevail once again.
Luther Castle pulls down the handle of the slot machine, and walks away. The slot machine ends up getting three sevens, and the sirens go off, indicating the jackpot has been won. With that, we fade.
