Exodus 20:3-20:5, Deuteronomy 5:7& 6:15, 1 John 5:21
Thou shalt not have no other gods before me.
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water underneath the earth:
Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
Thou shalt have none other gods before me.
(For the Lord thy God is a jelous God among you) lest the anger of the Lord thy God be kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth.
Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.

The Reverend stood paralized by his own thoughts as soon as the question had pierced his friends lips. Right as he started to speak, he was caught off guard by the hostess who seemed to have materialized right next to them without any movement at all. She had come bearing question of substenance and drink but both signaled her away quickly so as to get back to where the conversation had headed. The Reverend, after she walked off, began to rethink about the situation presented and thought where he should start exactly. Then with the thoughts sorted and his friends face looking of a drooling dog, The Reverend spoke.
Reverend: Ok, to explain the next match is also to explain exactly how I came to be in the position I am today. If you remember what I said earlier of me flipping through the channels and coming across a couple guys going at it the ring, well one of those guys went by the name of Zmaster. I immediately became enthralled by his overwhelming desire to hold onto a piece of metal that in the kingdom of God would be absolutely nothing. I then realized he worshipped that which he held such desire to keep, such ignorance could not go on unnoticed. God then spoke to me without words, telling me such antics and abominal could not go on unpunished and he wanted me to use my faith and my physical strength to punish this mere mortal man and show him of his evil ways.
Leo: So that tells me why you are there but it truly does not answer my question, what match did you also want to speak?
Reverend: Patience, I am getting to that but this story is a bit longer then just a few minor words naming the person.
Leo set in utter awe at his old friends determination to complete his mission, Leo had not seen such drive out of his old friend ever and was skeptical as to whether he was doing the right thing by helping him with words. Leo thought to himself for a second and decided quickly that no matter what his friend did or needed he would be there for him, even if it meant letting his friend become dillusioned. Something had changed but he could not pin point it, nor did he truly want to, he was just happy to have a chat with his old friend again.
Reverend: Shortly after, I found myself training for my mission and getting in shape for the task ahead of me. I then was accepted into Valor and got wind that Zmaster would be wrestling for his title at their next PPV. Thats when I let lose and found a way to make a debut and show him where he truly stood in the order of things. I attempted to cost the imbecile his title and hopefully release him from his Idol Worship! He still succeeded in the match and I knew that God was testing me and I could not become fearful of a man but I had to resort to other measures.
Leo: So he worships this title? Well if thats so then I have to say you were doing him justice in your attempt at releasing him from such a thing but what if the next person who had it worshipped it too. Then would you not be in the same position?
Reverend: Exactly, and after the match I realized that it was all for nothing and the only way to stop it was by getting my hads on that stupid piece of metal that he treasured as if it was his salvation! Then during one of his matches I stole the title and in the midst of my get away I came in contact with another man who goes by the name Pohatu, he too wanted the piece of metal fore he was the next in line in hopes of holding it. He attempted to free and from my possesion and he was quickly struck down and I finally had the belt in my possesion but God wanted vengeance on Pohatu for his disturbing my mission and I came back to interrupt his match and in doing so ended up getting a match with him, himself.
Leo: Well, you still havent truly answered my question but what happened in that match?
The Reverend thought whether or not he should tell his friend of his loss and dismantling at the hands of Zmaster but then thought it twould be better not to hide anything if he was to get real advice. With that he then thought to himself would his friend be ashamed of him because of the minor failure that had transpired and would he be able to understand that all was well in hand now. He pondered this for a few moments and then decided that he could fear nothing right now because fear would be a weakness and would eventually only end in more failure. He clenched his fist that was on the table and began to rant a little louder now and Leo noticed it without a seconds delay.
Reverend: That ignorant Zmaster cost me my victory, he distracted me and caused me not to pay attention to the work at hand. I fell at the hands of Pohatu and I feel the shame of it everyday but I will have a chance to redeem myself. After that match I was then granted one more match before the big day and I still held within my possesion the title that belonged to Zmaster. He wanted it back and that day of his attempt at vengeance was coming but could not worried about till then. My match was an easy one and ended in a victory but I was quickly shown that Zmaster could not wait and he got hold of me and needless to say he is now worshipping that which I was trying so hard to protect him from. Now I have one last chance to prove I'm worthy of this mission, at the upcoming PPV there will be a triple threat match, which will contain Zmaster, Pohatu, and I myself. It also will be for the piece of metal that Zmaster had reclaimed and I know now that if I can claim it the right way I can rid him and anyone who would hold it other then me of their Idol Worshipping ways.
Leo: Well it seems easy enough, just win the match, I mean you apparently want it bad enough. What is the problem then, Im confused as to why you worry so much about whether victory will come your direction. You always said trust in God and he will lead you to salvation, so again I ask you why do you worry so much as to whether victory will be yours or not. You have so much conflict in you, I remember when we were younger and you use to have the same problem but after awhile you got rid of the barrier, so why now does it haunt you again?
The Reverend stared off into a different direction and began to think hard, how could he have had this before, he did not remember having such problems in the past, thats why he had come back. Why had so much of his memory been slipping, he could not remember. So many faces, he knew them all but something, something wasnt right, the events were there but he could not truly remember what had happened. He knew of his dads illness, his family, his friends, his past well atleast he thought he did. Now thinking upon it so hard he could not truly remember anything since he had graduated that Christian College, had he really attempted starting a ministry of his own. He started to give into these thoughts and all he could draw was blanks and decided that now was not the time to become worried about other things, he must keep his mind on the mission.
Reverend: I dont remember having such a problem, I dont have a problem!
Leo: Hey, no need to get so defensive, I meant no harm. You were asking me for my opinion and I was just giving what you asked for.
Reverend: I apologize for my outburst, I know you meant nothing. I just dont remember having such problems. I remember us being younger and my life ending up in such a success and I needed to know why I had such success and I figured if I could do that I could easily win my matches at the PPV. Now please could you elaborate on what you were saying about my problem?
Leo: When we were teenagers, I mean you were so intelligent for your age but though you were, it seemed to drive you insane. Rememeber the time the girl you loved broke your heart and you decided never to love again. You had lost your mind when all that happened, you ended up in the hospital, dont you remember? You have so much in God given gifts and talents but you always have lacked stability when you let emotions get in the way. You always told me this, "Apathy is the only friend I can truly lean on" and even though I didnt and still dont agree with that at all. It was you, dont you remember?
The Reverend then stopped in a second and tried to recall these things his friend spoke of, nothing came. He began to think again, what is wrong with me, why cant I remember. Where have I gone, where are memories? No! The Reverend stop his thought instantly, he thought to himself this is not the time to break down and worry about such things, he has to conscentrate on Zmaster and Pohatu.
Reverend: I will not let this bother me right now, I must only conscentrate on that at hand. Zmaster and Pohatu will pay for their sins and they will feel Gods Wrath first hand and I will be the one to show them it. I will not fail this time, I shall overcome and with my new found salvation and my reconnecting with my past, nothing can stop me from becoming the Savior they need. Wrestlefest shall come to pass and I will be crowned the victor of the idiotic piece of scrap metal and with that I will have freed Zmaster of his sinful nature he will have repented during the match due to the chatizing I shall give him and Pohatu. Thank you much for your help, but I must go now, the day draws nearer.
The Reverend stood up from the table and quickly carried himself out of the restaurand and with the squeek of the old door, he was gone. Leo sat there and began to wonder what had happened to his old friend and why could he not truly recall his past. Leo then spoke to himself in a murmur as he finished off the last of his soda.
Leo: Where have you gone? Why are you back? Who are you really? You don't make sense anymore, almost as if it wasnt you but someone else. Something is wrong and untill you figure it out I nor none of us can truly help you. But I wish you the best of luck agains this Zmaster and Pohatu. You will be in my prayers.
