The scene opens up outside of a bar in Los Angeles. The doors have just opened and there is already one man sitting in a booth with his legs propped up on the seat and his head leaning against the wall with his Dodgers hat pushed down so his face isn't visible. People begin to walk and make a little bit of noise and the man lets out a groan and takes his hat off to reveal that he is the man who beat Pohatu in his debut last week, Ryan Young. He looks around the room and sees some people walking up to the bar and getting a few drinks, he looks at the empty glass in front of him, with a few drops of tequila left in it and chuckles. He slowly walks up to the bar and slaps his hand on the counter, the bartender nods and she heads over to the bottle and pours him some more. He smiles and walks back to his booth and leans back up against the wall. As he does so a man begins staring at him vigorously. Young notices this and he puts down his drink and sneers back at him. The man begins to walk over and Ryan shakes his head, thinking a fight is about to go down. As the man walks up he extends his hand. Ryan looks a little confused but slowly puts his out there and shakes hands with the man. He sees that he has a familiar face and he tries to place it, finally he realizes who it is. He remembers him as the man who trained him a few years ago, Jason Golden, otherwise known to the wrestling world as G-Dawg. Jason threw his hand up and was immediately recognized and handed a drink. He took a sip or two of his Miller then put it down and got a serious look on his face.
Jason- So Ryan, I heard you took out Pohatu last week in this new company you’re in. That’s quite an accomplishment, considering I’ve only done it twice in my 3 year career. You shouldn’t treat this like an everyday thing, winning your debut match is big because if you lose it, you’ll never have your chance to be undefeated. Oh and by the way, I heard you’ve got a match for tomorrow too, your first tag team match in this place right?

That’s right, tomorrow night in the Staples Center. I’ve got a ticket if you want to come, even though I’m sure you could find a way to get one anyways. But back on subject, this should be a real challenge. The two guys I’m facing are somewhat established in this place. Will Dinero and Anthony Shadows. And I know, I know, don’t let them intimidate me.
Jason- Heh, you learned well kid, but yea, a ticket to the show sounds good. Better be front row seating too Ryan, I’ll be pissed if I don’t get to see any action. Oh, and by the way, who’s your partner in this thing? I heard it’s a guy named Voodoo, I haven’t heard much about him.
//--Young--\\
Yeah, neither have I. But I guess I don’t really need to know much other than he’s going to be my partner for tomorrow night. I mean, its not like this is a permanent thing. I don't really need to worry about what he thinks of me or what I think of him, this is a one time thing. As far as I'm concerned this guy could be a cerial killer, but as long as he helps me win this match I'm cool with him.
Jason- Whatever Ryan, but don't underestimate your opponents. They are capable of anything, whether you think that they are or not. The guys could be talented and could take you out in a minute. On the other hand, they could be no-named punks who can't wrestle their way out of a paper bag. Either way, you're going to have to give it your all.
Young nods his head as he takes another drink. He looks around the now packed bar, he grabs his empty mug and motions for Jason to come with him to the bar. He puts the mug on the counter and snaps for the bartender. She asks "What will it be this time?". Ryan replies simply with, "beer". She fills the mug up and he nods at her and heads towards a flight of circular stairs. Jason is following slowly behind him, looking around and wondering where hes heading. When the two finally reach the top of the steps there is a door down the hallways that has Ryans name on it. He smiles and lets out a "Welcome to my bar" with a cocky smile. Jason doesn't look too impressed, but follows him in none the less. Young sits behind a desk and Jason sits in a chair infront of it. Young points to a corner and a tv is shown. On it is VWA TV with Will Dinero's latest promo on. Jason and Ryan listen carefully to each and every word, then as it goes off hit the power button. Jason wishes Ryan good luck and heads out, realizing that stayling longer would result in getting a little tipsy, and he has no ride home. Young takes a quick sip of his drink then puts it down on the desk.

Well Mr. Dinero, you seem to thing that I'm simply a flavor of the week? Saying that I'm going to fizzle out, well Mr. Money Man...thats not gonna happen. See I don't know who in the hell you think you are, but I'm the Hotshot baby! You can't deny this greatness. But Mr. Dinero, I noticed that not much was said about me, is there a reason for that. Do you simply think that I am the pawn in this little game of chess? If so then you my friend are far from right. I'm going to be the next champion of this hell hole and there isn't a damn thing that anyone here can do about it. You can run your mouth about being the standard of wrestling, but nobody will belive you until you prove it in the ring. And quite frankly Dinero, you haven't done that in my eyes. When you beat me, you've proven that. And until then you can just keep on dreaming. See, I come out to that ring and I perform. I put on a show for not only the crowd, but for my opponents as well. They don't know what I'm going to be doing, and Dinero..you will be caught by surprise. You're going to get hit with the Young Gun from nowhere and the next thing you know..you'll be on your back and staring at the lights. See, in Valor..I've yet to lose. Sure that might not be saying much, considering I've only been in one match. But you can't go undefeated without winning your first match, which I've done. And what about you Dinero, what have you done in your career to prove yourself worthy of stepping into the ring with me. See, I've worked my ass off for the past 5 years in wrestling camps trying to gain my way into a real company, and now that I'm in one all I see is these talent less losers who are getting chances at the gold that I deserve. I work my ass off and you simply trot right in and you're the big name in this place. See, lots of people so far have said that my cockiness is going to be the downfall of me. I beg to differ, my cockiness is what is going to take me oh so far in this business. When you come into a match knowing you're going to win, its a lot easier to perform than coming in there thinking about all of the possiblilities of losing.
But when you step into the ring with the Hotshot, you're going to do one of two things. One, you're going to come in with your head held high, then get shot down by the Young Gun. Two, you're going to come in here...get the upper hand a little while in, then get too cocky and you'll be laid out once more. There is no escaping me Dinero, so just live with it. You're going to have to take this loss and roll with the punches. So Dinero, I hope you've been saying your prayers....'cause its going to take a miracle for you to beat me.
