The camera comes into focus in an old, dark, and wet broken down subway. If you look down the track you can see lights flickering in the tunnel. We look around and see an old subway train parked and broke down in the tunnel. There is no electricity running through it. There are no lights coming from the subway train. We then look back down the tunnel and see a man standing in the blinking light. We can hear his footsteps as he heads towards us through the tunnel. He makes it up to the platform on the other side of the train. He keeps walking until he makes it to the platform we are standing on. He jumps up on the platform and walks up to us. He acknowledges our presence and stares into our eyes. He then walks past us and walks up to the broken subway train. He stops and stares at the train’s size and reaches up to it and touches the train. He then turns around and leans up against the broken down train and begins picking at his fingernails. The man then looks up at us and from a blinking light we notice it is Valor superstar, Havok. He looks up at us as he still picks at his fingernails and begins to talk. His voice echoes down the tunnel as he speaks.
Havok: Here we are, we are at my childhood home. Now of course this wasn’t my actual home, but this is where I spent all my time as a child. My parents were always at work, so I got to do pretty much anything I wanted to do. This is where my friends and I used to wrestle just for fun. This is where my career began!
Havok stops leaning on the train. He then turns around and walks over to a trashcan by the wall. He then takes a hold of the trashcan and places it in the front of the subway train. He climbs on top of the trash can and places his hands on the train’s front end. He uses his upper body strength to force himself up on top of the train. He then turns around and leans his legs over the edge of the train. He then begins speaking again.
Havok: You see when I got accepted into the world wide leader in sports that is known as Valor, I was ecstatic. I knew it would be my time to shine. The first two matches I had were duds. I went into the match of thinking there is no way I am going to be able to pull off the win, and I was completely right. Well last Thursday I proved it to the fans of Valor and proved it to myself that I am capable of competing with top competitors here in Valor. No more backing down for me. I went toe and toe with one of the biggest bad asses of Valor and I came out victorious. I went up against Juba, a man that showed me zero respect as a wrestler or as a human bean. I got into the match with all intentions of breaking the man in two and watch him tremble in a pool of his own blood. That was the kind of man I was until last Thursday.
Havok hops down off of the train and lands on the rails of the track. He then reaches down and picks up a penny that was lying face up on the rail area. He then places the penny in his pocket. He hops up on the platform and walks over to the newspaper stand that is sitting close to the stairs to lead out of the subway. He rests his arm on the stand and then begins to speak.
Havok: I don’t know what it is. You could call it luck, a miracle, or even an answer to a prayer. All I know is when I beat Juba in the middle of the ring the fans gave me something no one has ever given me before. They gave me the respect I have deserved for so long. I used to be afraid to trust people and let them have my back. Well when the fans began to cheer that proved to me they really want to be my friend. They really have faith in me and they believe I have what it takes to succeed in this business. Well for that I thank everyone that watched the match live in the Bryce Jordan Center. I would also like to thank the millions of fans watching at home for believing in me. That was a heartwarming feeling that I have never gotten before from anyone. That is the first time I felt welcome and Valor is the first family I feel welcome in.
Havok takes his arm off the newspaper stand. He heads back over to the train. He bends over and picks up a rock. He launches it down the tunnel and the noise of the rock banging off the walls is heard echoing through the tunnel. Havok then turns and looks at the camera and begins to talk.
Havok: I don’t know what it is about Valor. All I know is there is a lot of people within this family that like to butt in to others business. I mean let us take last week’s version of Thursday Night Thunder. It was Havok vs. Juba. The match up was fair and a very explosive match. The ending came when I sunset flipped Juba and scored the pin fall. To me that was the end of the match and it was time for me to celebrate. I was wrong though, I was way wrong. I turned my back and then the no good Arsenic decided to come into the ring and hit me from behind. You then began stomping on my limp body viciously. All I want to know is why? Why have you been a thorn in my side from the get go, Arsenic? Why do you have to keep sticking your nose into my business when you should be worrying about your own career? If that wasn’t a gruesome enough beating Juba took it upon his duties to hit me from behind with a steel chair. As my body collapsed to the floor he decided to laugh. I thought they were going to eliminate me not for a few weeks but for the rest of my life.
Havok then walks up the one of the train’s window. he then scrapes his finger across the bottom of the window. He claps his hands together to get the dust off of his fingers. The noise from the clapping begins echoing in the tunnel. He then looks back up at the camera and continues to talk.
Havok: I thought that was going to be the end for me. I wasn’t able to fight them off anymore. My body became weak and I wasn’t even able to stand. I was ready to just lay there and take the beaten they were giving me. I was ready to call it quits and allow them to do what they planned on doing and that is ending my career. Not only that, one thing they want even more than that is to get me booted out of this family. Well the fans, the locker room, and even I thought they had succeeded into their wishes. Until I could hear the fans cheering and a figure slide into the ring. The figure covered me up and begged Juba to just back off. Juba even began to hesitate with confusion. The shot the figure had it took it and low blowed Juba and I watched him lay on the mat next to me. Then I feel something tugging at me and trying to pick me up. I helped my bodyweight up and noticed I was getting taken care of from a woman from the stands. I thanked her as she helped me up the aisle and we walked into the back.
Havok then leans up against the window. He makes a huge circle through the dust on the window. He then begins to write something on the window. he then moves in front of the window out of the vision of the camera and begins to talk.
Havok: The lady that helped me in the ring on Thursday is no rookie in the middle of that ring. She has a lot of history to go off of in federations across the world. The woman that helped me will go down on my friend’s list for the rest of my life. The lady that is my new manager in Valor is none other than…
Havok then steps to the side to show the window and it reads “Alora Hart”. The name is within the circle that Havok drew on the window before. He then jumps down off the platform. He then begins to walk down the tunnel. He stops at one of the corners before heading into the darkness. He looks at the camera and begins to talk.
Havok: Arsenic, you are a big man to jump me from behind. You are a big man when the numbers are two on one. The only difference is I fought the numbers at first and I was able to put your ass through a table with the spectacular move known as Arabian Face Buster. I left your body being bolted with pain every time you moved a muscle. Arsenic when I watched you tremble in pain I loved every minute of it. The only thing that made the part better was hearing and seeing the fans on their feet clapping for me for what I just did to you. Arsenic, I have proved to you once and at Thunder it is going to be the second time within about a week that I leave your body in pain. I am going to leave Thunder the winner and celebrate next to my newly found friend/manager Alora. I want you to come at me with all you have to give because I don’t want any excuses from you when the dust clears and I am the one with my hand held high in victory. After this match I don’t want to have to prove to you again who the better man is. Unless I have to…
Havok then turns around and heads down the dark tunnel. He then picks up a rock and skips it on the railing and you hear the clanging noise all the way through the tunnel. Then the footsteps stop and we hear scuffling through the rocky ground. Then a voice is heard through the tunnel.
Havok: Let us try to have a one on one match this time, if you aren’t afraid of the truth. The truth is, you are jealous of me. Just remember one thing....Jealousy is a Poison, it can kill a man in a blink of an eye.
The footsteps begin again. The steps get quieter and quieter every step Havok takes. Eventually we don’t hear any footsteps down the tunnel. There is no vision of anyone under the blinking light at the end of the tunnel. We are completely alone and we hear rats scurrying through the rocks on the ground. The camera comes out of focus while we stare at the old rusted train. We cut to commercial.
