Fade in to the Fort Knox, Tennessee home of Will Dinero. Valor's uber rich wrestling savaant is in the pool swimming a few laps while a bevvy of buxom beauties line the pool side. The rectangular pool has a mosaic print of a one hundred dollar bill on the pool floor. Dinero finishes his last lap and climbs out. A few of the sun worshipping lovelys bounce over to Will, dry him off with a towel, and hand him a glass of iced tea. The Valor lothario takes a sip, gives a few of the women a peck on the cheek, pat on the butt, and makes his way over to the camera. Dinero flashes that million dollar grin and says...
"Life is good isn't it? Actually, it's better than good; it's very good. For that very reason I can't seem to figure out why people are so miserable. I know everyone isn't living my life of luxury and luscious women, but their lives can't be that bad...can it? No, life isn't all bad; there are plenty of good in living a normal life, but it's up to the individual to determine what drags them down. <<Sips tea again.>> Voodoo...why are you so miserable? Why do you seem so disgusted with life all the time? You're alive my friend! You're living the dream of being a professional wrestler in the main stream, yet you're still miserable. Why? I know you had a hard childhood, but why allow that to dominate who you are now?"
Dinero finishes up his drink and places it on the table next to him. He grabs a white robe and puts it on, leaving it open. He then takes a few steps towards the pool, gazes out into the distance, and continues.
"Voodoo, in a few days we step into the ring as two men with a similar history in some ways, but who followed a very different path to the present. Most don't know this, but I didn't know my mother or father. I don't know if they abandoned me, or are still looking for me. I was passed around from foster home to foster home and didn't spend more than a year in the same place. Not too different huh? The thing is, our paths began to branch off Voodoo. You decided to keep feeling sorry for yourself, but I used my experience to empower myself. Voodoo, you continue to wallow in the wake of mediocrity because you chose that path. You made the decision to stay stagnant and not better yourself. That's why you're still so miserable. You have no one else to blame but yourself. The problem is that you choose not to accept that as a fact, and you end up in constant self conflict, forcing you in a never ending circle. <<Looks at camera.>> I, on the other hand, pulled myself out of the cespool of despair and self pity, and now I bask in the warm glow of success."
Dinero flashes the smile again and continues.
"You see this look on my face? This is the look of a man enjoying his life. Happy to be alive, and doing what I love best. There's no scowl, frown, or growl etched on my face because I've learned from my life experiences. I didn't drown in my pain, I rose up from it a new, and now I sit on one of the largest fortunes in the Western Hemisphere. It's not an impossible dream, but it's something that doesn't come easily. I earned this, and I flaunt it because I earned it."
The smile on Dinero's face disappears and is now replaced by a look of determination.
"I've lost before. I've lost big, but I learned that without loss, you can't appreciate gain. Without failure, you can't appreciate victory. Until you choose to learn this Voodoo, you'll continue to drown in the river of hopelessness that you've been in since you were a child. On Thunder, I'm going to hand you another loss; it's inevitable. Thursday won't change anything for you, and you're going to be in the same position that you are now. Miserable, weak, and a waste of my time. I'll gain no enjoyment from beating a broken man; it's just the job, and I'll do it well."
Dinero looks back out to the skyline and pauses for a moment. He lets out a sigh of comfort and continues.
"It's time to choose Voodoo. Although you don't have a choice in the outcome of the match, you can choose the proceeding results. Will you choose to continue feeling sorry for yourself, blaming everyone else for your problems and lying in mediocrity? Or will you use the loss to empower yourself, and climb new heights? Time to choose Voodoo. Life waits for no man, and neither do I. The future is yours Voodoo, but presently, your ass is mine! See you Thursday."
Fade out as Dinero grins and walks back to his entourage of ladies.
