Revelations 21:5-21:8, 22:11-22:14
And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
And he said unto me , It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murders, and whoremongers, and sorceres, and idolators, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
And behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

The hallway was dimly lit and a light swung gracefully from the ceiling, collecting a rhythm as it echoed down the way. The shadows of the few things in the hall were casted from left to right with the movement of the over hanging light. The light in an instance halted as if controled by some unknown force before flickering a bit and then slowly dimming untill it went out completely and a creak of a floor board could be heard in a distance. The movement came closer and closer with each creak, a person could now be heard breathing lightly and without any nervous though the darkness had enveloped him and the entire room. The movement of material could be heard and a chain pull and a click happened and the ceiling light began to flicker slowly before brightening in content of its situation. A man stood silently in the middle of the hall, in front of him stood a door, he was hooded but due to the the color and the way at such he carried himself the man was of course Reverend Shadow. He then knocked on the door gently and then stood back a bit to wait for it to open, he then took off the hood and with a genuine smile, that had never been seen on his face, he walked into the room in front him. When in the room there stood a woman dressed in nurses proper attire, then in a calm and gentle voice the Reverend spoke to her.
Reverend: Is he up and awake today?
Nurse: He has been expecting a visit from you for quite sometime, where have you been may I ask?
Reverend: Work has held me up, may I speak with him please?
Nurse: Let me go make sure he is up for it but I'm sure considering hes missed you so much he will want to see you. But all the same I will make completely sure he is up for the visit.
Reverend: Thank you very much.
As the nurse proceeded to walk into the other room the Reverend stood outside with a worried and nervous look upon his face. This look of the Reverend is one that we have never seen before. His face casts emotion and concern for another and he seemed to be lost in thoughts of this person who is still unknown. He paces back and forth with a sort of impatience fro the nurse to come out and tell him can go in. As soon as he had reached his last bit of the patience he had, the nurse came walking out with a smile of comfort on her face. He looked at her in a questioning way, awaiting her compliance to the unspoken question that he had just sent her and with a nod of her head and a gleam in her eye, he knew it was fine and he was wanted still, even though his absence had surely put a damper on the mans attitude that he was here to see. As he walked in the door, there layed a man is a sort of hospital bed, his arms stuck with an IV. He looked thin and sickly but he had sort of a resemblence to Shadow in certain ways but he still looked of his own person. His eyes were wide awake as soon as they connected with Shadow's, then accompanying them was a grin from ear to ear with a sort of eagerness. Shadow feeling of shame of his absence of seeing this man, cracked a smile with shame written upon it. The man spoke with a bit of a raspy voice and the lack of oxygen that he was getting gave him very little ability to speak without a gasp every so often.
Father: Son! Where have you been for so long? I've missed you so much and have worried myself over your dissapearance for so long, please you must tell me where you have been keeping yourself, that has caused you to miss your weekly visits.
Reverend: Father, I am sorry for not coming to see you sooner, I got a new job that causes me to travel alot and I dont get the time I use to have. I missed you so much but I felt to much shame to pick up a phone and call you but when mother called me yesterday and told me that your conditioned had worsened, I decided that I needed to come before I was to late. I apologize for not being here for our weekly visits, I've missed them and you and mother and sister so much.
Father: All is forgiven, I am just glad you are here now. So please tell me of your new job and enlighten me as to what you have been up to lately. Your mom told me she has been a bit dissapointed in you at your decision on what you what you were doing but she refused to be the one to tell me what it was.
Reverend walked over to the bed and sat down gently on the side of it and took tight into grasp his sickly Dads hand. He then wiped a few tears from his eyes that had been building up for the last few minutes, since he had seen him lying in bed. He smiled another genuine smiled that seemed foreign to him still and he did not understand why his Father had been so understanding of his mistakes but understood that he needed this now to get through his biggest challenge yet. He then spoke gently to his Father in a comforting voice as not to stress or alarm him anymore then need be.
Reverend: Remember when I was younger and I use to fake wrestle with my friends and it use to be just for fun. Remember how I also told you of my thoughts upon professionally doing so and wanting so bad to do it.
Father: Yes, when you were younger you had it in your mind but I thought you had decided to get right with God and go the path of righteousness and become a reverend of a church. I mean here you are dressed in the attire of one, so what exactly are you meaning by bringing up your past hobby of wrestling?
Reverend: My profession combined with my hobby, God has sent me to the Valor to destroy and make those sinners repent for their sins. He told me through a vision that it was my destiny and that I must do this to be doing his works. So now I am a wrestler so to speak and I have one of my biggest challenges coming up in the form of a guy name Havok and since I am here I wanted to know if I could get your advice on my situation and the match itself. In the past you were always there for me and now I need you more then ever in many more ways then you probably would have ever expected.
Father: Son, though I do not think that this was the right choice of work for a man of your intelligence and charisma and knowledge of the bible, I will however except it because if God is speaking through you in this way then I have no say in the matter. You need to do as you think is right and what you think he would want you to do and though it may seem a sin in itself, sometimes we just have to accept things and do as we are told. So now that I have spoken my mind on this profession you have found yourself in, please tell me what is bugging you that you need advice from a old man like me.
The Reverend let go his Fathers hand and got up and walked back and forth a few times in wondering on how to pose such a question that had ached and plagued him for so long. He paced as his Father lyed patiently acknowledging his sons content of thinking before speaking that way he could never be misunderstood or be received in the wrong manner at which he wished to be. The paces grew smaller and then he gazed into his Fathers eyes that seemed to be filled with pain but also with rejoice for the presence of his son. Reverend then spoke in such questionable nature, unsure of the reaction he may get from his Father, even though his Father had never judged him before but the thought still swept through his mind.
Reverend: Well as I said I will be going up against this guy by the name of Havok of my North American Title at the next show and well I think he maybe one of my most challenging opponents to this date. On top of him as a challenge in himself I will also have to worry about a legend in the business by the name of Zmaster who himself is nothing but a blasphemer and an abomination. He has been stalking me the last couple of weeks out of anger and jealousy and I dare say that he will never stop untill he has gotten to me. I don't know what to do about this, not only is Havok in himself a worthy foe but on top of that I maybe visited by the man I will have to face at the PPV for my North American Title. What do you think about my situation father?
His father paused and looked down a bit as if contemplating the words that he should give his son to reinstill the confidence that had been lost. The Reverend waited patiently on his Fathers words of wisdom because he did not want to rush him. The stress level had to stay low as not to speed up the already impending death of his beloved Father. His Father had been diagnosed with Lukemia only a few months back but because of the already ill nature of the man, he was taken down quicker then a person of a healthy status would have been. But despite his illness he always was of sound mind and was the greatest help to Shadow when he was younger and now he was calling up on his Fathers experience of this life and his opinions on things once again. His Father then looked up with a gentle gaze of understanding that seemed to be uncanny that he could possibly have advice for this situation. He then smiled a little grin at his now grown up little boy and then motioned for him to come closer so that he didnt have to yell or raise his voice in the least. Reverend did ablige this request and made his way over to his Father and then sat back down on the side of the bed, his Father then put his hand on his sons shoulder and began to speak to him as if he was still a child.
Father: Son, you must not fear that which is placed before you because if it is true that God has sent you there to do his works then it shall also be true that there will be trials to see if your faith in him is still strong. You musnt sway from what you came to do in Valor, you must pray and keep your faith in God and give him your praise and glory and he will give you the strength to defeat any foe that crosses in your path of righteousness. Havok you said was the guys name? Well he is merely a pawn in a game of chess and the thing is when it started you started out as a knight for the King of Kings and Lord of Lords and you shall prevail over your opponent. Now for this Z whatever guy, he seems to be full of rage and anger according to the way you have spoken of him. This though will surely be his downfall in the end, anger and rage causes nothing but confusion and when you try to construct a conscious thought with such rage you will not be able to. Use what God has given you and keep your faith in him and he will lead you to salvation but you musnt stray from his divine plan for your life. Do you understand my son?
Reverend: I think I do Father but what if he comes out there in the middle of my match, what then? Should I stand and fight or wait for our day at the PPV?
Father: You must decide that on your own but no matter what you must not fear this man, cause despite his anger and rage he is still but a mortal man and he has no true power of a man of God such as yourself.
Reverend: I think I need to explain a little more about my situation before you understand completely why I am so worried. You see about a week ago I lost to another man I will be facing in the match at the PPV by the name of Pohatu and he himself beat me only because of such interference by Zmaster, who caused me to be distracted by his mere presence. I then lost for the first time at Valor and I was humiliated in front of everyone including God himself and I felt a shame wash over me for letting my judgement call not be the one I should have made. I should have stuck with the match and not have worried about Zmaster like I did, because those few moments in which i turned around I was quickly cut down and taken out without even having a chance to defend myself and now I have the same dilemma once again only my opponent this time is Havok who in himself will put me to the test. Though his talents are few he is a very resourceful opponent and will use whatever means neccessary to make sure he walks out of Slam with my Title.
Father: You have to understand that we each have a path we must take and some rougher then others and right now it is important that we stay strong and prevail over whatever may come our way or do our best to make sure that we do. I have had a rough life and you know that, and right now I am facing my biggest trial of my life, battling this terminal disease and though the battle maybe a losing battle I still put forth the fight to make sure that I do not go down in shame. We have had our times in the past when times were not as we may have liked them but it was important that we stuck it out there and did whatever possible to make do and get through everyday. We were a family and together no matter what we did, we could accomplish any task. Now you have come back to your family and Your mother and sister and I our here for you and we will do whatever ever in our power to give you the support in your quest for divinity to the possible extent a man can have.
The Reverend then sat for a second thinking upon the words his sickly Father had just spoken, though he was so very ill he still come awake everyday with the will to go on and the Reverend knew he must do the same if he wished to carry on in Valor. A loss is nothing to worry about because all men of God lose their way sometimes but it is important that he try to stay on track as much as possible if he wanted to carry on and be a success and make his family and his maker proud of him. He must not fear Zmaster or Havok he must trust in God and he will see him through these tests of his faith. He must prove he is worth of the task he was given and he must not fail him, he must show that no matter what came his way he must continue forth on his tireless mission. The Reverend then thinking upon all this for a moment began to speak again to his Father in a more determined tone of voice but now loud as not to alarm the nurse.
Reverend: You are right Father I must not let mere men stand in my way of my destiny, I must show that I have what I takes to win. I must show God that when he chose me that he chose the right man for this mission and that I will not fail him. Havok though a worthy adversary will fall before my hand with God on my side, I shall make him repent for his ignorance and have him scream with pain as if he were being pulled away from those demons that comfort him so. I will not fail my father in heaven nor will I fail you Father. I want you to watch my match this Sunday, and have mother and sister watch it too fore I will be doing this partially for you all. I will not let these mere sinners such as Zmaster interrupt my match, and if he comes down to that ring he shall be swiftly shot down by Gods Wrath that he will be sending to Zmaster through me. God will be the one to keep my in sound mind and keep my judgement on track, I thank you father for your advice and everything you have done for me. Will you do me the favor of accompanying me to the ring that night through the television and pray for my victory over my sinister foe.
Father: I will do so my son now please may we discuss a few others matters really quick before you go?
Reverend: Yes of course.
Father: Then I want you to promise me that you will come visit me more often, and also please go visit your mother and sister, they have missed you just as much as I have and they also deserve your attention.
Reverend: I think that I can do that now, I just got caught up in things and then I began to be to ashamed to come and see them and you. But now that I have rekindled what I lost and know now that I need you in my life now more then anything else, I promise you Dad I will be here more often from now on and I will visit mother and sis. as well.
Father: Good! Now can you sit and chat for awhile with me, I have so much I want to here about and I want to know all about this new life of yours and what you have accomplished.
The Reverend and his father continue talking of many things, of their past, of their present, and of those things to come and as you see them it becomes a more and more distant shot. The the scene slowly fades out as they continue their conversation.
ooc: ok those of you from wfwf if you have read my rp there you will know that this is similar to it but i have changed the words in it to fit my storyline here and whats goin on in Valor...i really liked where i was going with this and I felt that I wanted this to be prevailent here as well...because right now the wfwf may not give me a opportunity to really play this out like i would like to well atleast not any time soon...so i brought it here for that reason...I am attempting to show a evil beyond normal a evil of delusion... the Reverend tho good intentioned does the wrong things because he is in a delusion he is doing Gods works...he has a belief that he is the NA champion and it shows a psychotic and unitentional evil which I really hope you all enjoy....i worked really hard on this and would appreciate feedback and I wish Havok good luck in our match...
