The night is young with the sun just going down over the horizon. The streets are calm with hardly any traffic. There is an old Irish pub on the corner of one of the roads. The shop is known as Lucky’s Bar and Grill. The doors are a dark tinted glass and have handles placed on the glass so the doors could be open. Looking at the bar we see the sign up on top of the building is lit up. The lights come on at daybreak. The sign is green neon and has the word Lucky in cursive writing, with a green clover leaf. We then glance back down at the door and see it open. Out of the bar comes Havok with his arm wrapped around his manager Alora. He is stumbling a lot but is able to find his way out of the building and is able to sit down on his own leaning against the wall sitting down. Alora then pulls out her cell phone and calls her limousine driver to come pick them up. She snaps shut the cell phone and walks over to havoc and kneels down beside him. She then begins to speak.
Alora: I told you to stop about 4 shots ago. Now you aren’t even able to stand by yourself on your own two feet.
Havok: I can to just watch me.
Havok begins to stand up but gets lightheaded and crashes back down to the ground. He scrapes his elbow on the cement sidewalk. He then begins to speak.
Havok: I could stand if I wanted to I just don’t want to. Plus this was my congratulation party for winning my grudge match again Juba a couple weeks ago. This is just a minor party that I am going to throw for all my supporters. I am going to throw one hell of a bash for everyone that wants to come when I become the Young Lions Cup Champion. I am going to come to this very bar and busts open the doors and hold my trophy in the air proudly. As all the customers and workers are going to give me a standing ovation and give me the respect I rightfully earned.
Havok then reaches his arms out and wraps them around the shoulders of Alora. He then pulls her up to him and gives her a hug. He then releases the pressure but she stays leaning on him. He then begins talking into her ear.
Havok: I just want to thank you. Without you I wouldn’t have the strength to believe in myself. I would go into this tourney just to do my best. Since you and I became a team my whole mind set has changed. I am not only going to do my best. I am going to win this damn thing. So my best is going to be enough. Alora I am going to dedicate my matches during this tourney to you. I will not stop competing until my body tells me no more. I am going to win this trophy and bring it home to where it belongs. With us, with Alora Hart and myself.
Immune then grabs her shoulders and pulls her away from him for a second. He then glances into her eyes. They look at each other for quite a while and then he hugs her again. He sits back up against the wall and Alora leans up against the wall with him. He wraps his arm around her and begins to talk.
Havok: Coming soon, it is going to be a match for the century. It is going to be a match where only the tougher man survives. It is going to be a match where both men lay their bodies and their souls on the line. It is going to be a match to move on to greater achievements. It is a match for the strong and not for the weak stomached. It is going to be Havok going one on one with Ryan Young. In my corner I am going to have the lovely Alora Hart but in his corner he will have no one. He has no support behind him that is close to him. This means I have the upper hand in the match.
Havok raises his hand high in the air. Alora grabs his wrist and pulls down his arm. Havok is drunk and is acting like a fool. Alora puts her finger over his mouth but he moves her finger. He then begins to speak.
Havok: Now in all seriousness. I am going up against a young gun. A newbie just like me. Someone that is new to the family. The only difference is, he proved himself way before I proved myself to the rest of the family. He won his first match against brother Pohatu and shocked the world. He ran his mouth a lot and everyone was waiting for Pohatu to shut his mouth. Ryan Young fought all the obstacles Pohatu threw at him and was able to pick up a win on his debut. Something I was not able to do for myself. For that I applaud him.
Havok begins clapping his hands louder and louder until Alora grabs his hands together. He then continues talking.
Havok: The only difference is, this time you step into the ring you aren’t going to have a tag partner. You aren’t going to be having a double debut match. You are going to be stepping into the ring with a man that hopes to get his record back up to .500 and drop your record as well. I realize the YLC and Valor are two different things, but I look at it as a match on Sunday Night Slam or Thursday Night Thunder. There are going to be fans cheering for their favorite wrestlers. The pyros are going to be going off like normal. It is going to be a televised program. All those features just like you would have on Valor. I go into this match hoping to rise up into the tourney and add another win under my belt. Valor or not a win is a win and an important win, when it is over a man like Ryan Young.
Havok then has help coming to his feet as Alora notices the limousine coming down the road. He tosses his arm around her and begins to speak.
Havok: We are both going into the ring with fans supporting us. Half is going to be cheering for Young and half are going to be cheering for myself. The match is going to be an emotional match for the family. All I have left to say is good luck fellow brother of mine, but just because you are in my family tree. Don’t think I am going to take it easy on you. I joined this tourney to do three things. One: I joined to entertain all the fans that are anxious for the start of the Young Lions Cup to start. Two: To be accepted into families from all around the world, no matter the name of the family is known as. Three: To become better known around all the federations in the land and to prove to myself and to all the fans I can compete with the best. I will win, I will, I swear to all of you I will win.
The limousine pulls up alongside the curb. The usher opens the door and Alora places Havok inside the limo. Alora scoots in as the usher closes the door. The usher walks back up to the front of the limo and gets in. He starts the ignition and takes off down the road. We cut to commercial.
