The scene has opened up in the tile room. It’s white as the door is as well. That glass window is in place only the scientists can see through it. The Gem does eventually enter and go into the center of the room. Now we are set for the prize, the Young Lion’s Cup trophy. It is now himself against what many consider the heavy favorite to win it all in “Lightning Quick” Shane Quickenbosh. This is all about winning the Young Lion’s Cup trophy and being 2005’s winner without question.
A command was given by The Gem to go to final level training. Each step that’s been given has served a purpose for this very moment. The room slowly begins to change as the scientists are working hard to make it happen. Thoughts are running as he has defeated perhaps a great challenge in The Electric Enigma but now has an even tougher task, stop the seemingly unstoppable Quickenbosh. It’s been dubbed nearly impossible and can’t be done. Very rare does he ever lose if at all.
As the room has changed, the scene itself has changed into that of a maze. It’s long and has a goal at the end. Traps are set as well. Steve Castle has an item with him. It seems to that of a flashlight for the area itself is dark. He needs it to keep track of where he is and not run into a corner. He must use this in order to aid him to reach the end of the maze. He is currently at the beginning and it’s a long way to the end. He has come a long way from the Sweet 16 to the final 2. A moment of reflection has begun.
The Gem: The fight I had with Pohatu made up for what happened in the Semi Finals. Now I see myself facing against someone that is a heavy favorite. Moments like this defines who I am exactly. Each opponent tougher than the last bar none and now comes the greatest obstacle. And then once it’s all said and done, we have a winner for it all, the Young Lion’s Cup Champion. To win and have that is such a tremendous honor and accomplishment nevertheless. When I came into this tournament, that was the goal, get to the finals and do the thing. I could have went off and talked trash and be so arogant that I couldn’t see the forest before the trees. I could have said I was better than everyone but I didn’t. Some people can talk the talk but they can’t walk the walk. That’s what dictated to get to the finals of this prestige tournament. I choose to fight the way I do and prepare the way I always prepare, let my actions speak louder than any words I could say.
Now we move on to the ultimate challenge. I must deal with a man who calls him Lightning Quick. By reputation, he has shown that. He has been practically unstoppable. But as they say, anything can and will happen. He’s very worthy and I look forward to facing him and matching in styles. I’ve come too far to be walked all over. Now I’ve made a point in going for it all risking it on the line and capturing the trophy. Quickenbosh, I expect a battle like no other. Every fight I’ve had has been different. From Voodoo to Chambers, all the way to Pohatu, each I’ve had to be ready in different levels of combat. This maze is like a symbol of our match, won’t be easy but can be done. Quickenbosh, I want something from you and that’s a true pure battle to the end. I know how you fight and I can respect that. I respect the fact that you choose to fight alone, that’s my way. I never ask for help and don’t want it either. You could tell by the disappointment in my tone.

Now he goes into more deep thought concerning Quickenbosh.

Speed could dictate it fro you as sometimes you could be too fast for your own good. You could be faster than the speeding bullet for all we know. They say that and bring it all. This challenge I see before me is the obstacle that can and must be conquered. Nothing personal as you all ready know. Quickenbosh, you just don’t know what I have in store for this bout.
Preparations are made, battles are fought, lights fall at the end of the tunnel. There is a light that shines brighter than anything in the world. It’s shining and it’s time to say it, I must go into the Young Lion’s Cup and do what is considered the impossible and win it all.
