<The screen fades to black. Suddenly, pyros explode all over the stage. The screen fades to special video package of Eric Hardcastle accompanied by "In Loving Memory" by Alter Bridge. From his Hell In A Cell Match in 2000 against Erik Caine to his historic battle with Brandon Bailey in The World Title Tournament, we get a look at some of the highlights of Eric's career. A hush comes over the crowd, as the video comes to an end and the camera cuts to ringside, where Kevin Olberman and Mean Mike Patrick are seated.>

K: Welcome everybody to The Sports Arena in San Diego, California!! Welcome To The Eric Hardcastle Memorial Show!! Welcome To Sunday Night Slam!!! I'm Kevin Olberman and alongside me is my tag team partner, Mean Mike Patrick. Tonight is a very, very special night for the Valor Family. Tonight, we are not mourning a death. We are celebrating a life. A life so rich and full of vigor, his passing causes a huge void with this company and my own personal life. And we started with a special video package with Alter Bridge's "In Loving Memory".

M: Olberman, Eric Hardcastle was so much to so many people. Whether you liked him or you didn't like him......tonight, as a family, we celebrate his life.

K: I couldn't have said it better myself. We are going to keep the upbeat tempo, last week's broadcast lacked. We have 3 phenomenal matches on tap for tonight. Not everyone is wrestling on tonight's special card, but every Valor family member is here TONIGHT!!! We will cap the evening with a special memorial service for our fallen friend.

M: A lot of people requested a spot on tonight's card, but unfortunately we could not accomdate everyone's request.

K: No, we sure couldn't. But tonight, we will see Junior Heavyweight Action. As two of the most popular Juniorweights will get it on right here. Last week, Shane Quickenbosh came within in an eyelash and I mean an eyelash of becoming the Valor World Heavyweight Champion. Tonight, he and Pryme will square off in a fast paced, intense matchup.

M: Speaking of the World Title....

K: Thats right, Brandon "The Assassin" Bailey, Eric's most hated enemy will pay his respects to Eric Hardcastle, as he defends the World Heavyweight Championship.

M: And his opponent?

K: Well his opponent is a mystery man. There have been some extremely crazy internet rumors out there.

M: Yeah there was. One site reported Johnny "Movie Man" Michaels, title for title.

K: I saw that. I also saw moron suggest that Eric Hardcastle was coming back from the dead.

M: How about Elvis?

K: Yeah, someone said they spotted Elvis outside the building earlier this evening and he was the mystery opponent. But the one consensus and most popular opinion is one that kind of suprises me, but would be one hell of a match.......The Sin City Saint.

M: WHAT?!

K: 1wrestling.com, The Torch and a few other credible sources had said that The Sin City Saint was getting the Title match. With that news, I am very anxious to find out just who will be challenging Bailey for the most prestigious title on this planet.

M: We also have one awesome main event.

K: Absolutely. The legendary Zmaster, a close confidant of Eric Hardcastle, will do battle with Saku. Zmaster and Saku, over the last few weeks, have had a common bond, in their hatred for The Impact Players. Tonight, they set that on the back burner and concentrate on putting on one hell of a match!

M: That match is a pick'ems. Who knows?

K: Also during tonight's broadcast, we will hear from Valor superstars regarding the loss we have all suffered. In fact, lets take a look at what some had to say this week.

<Screen fades to pre taped footage. A simple red curtain hangs in the background, as Chad Roberts appears on the Valor Tron.>

CR: I've only been with Valor over the last few weeks, but it was Eric Hardcastle that opened the doors for me. Back in the day, when I first got my start, it was Eric Hardcastle who took the time out of his day to say a few kind words to me, acknowledging a potential he saw in me. Now I am in the fed. that he helped build. We miss you, Eric.

<Screen fades from Chad Roberts to Saku.>

SK: Eric and I have never really seen eye to eye on much. But you would have to be blind not to know how much Eric Hardcastle has done to contribute this company. His meere presence in the locker room kept this company going in some of its lowest times. We didnt just lose a wrestler, we lost a locker room leader.

<Screen fades back to ringside.>

K: Absolutely, Saku. Very well said. Steve Bond is in the middle of the ring, ready for our Junior Heavyweight Match to get started. Steve....take it away!

<In the ring>

SB: Ladies and gentlemen, our opening contest is scheduled for one fall and with a tw...............


<A single spot light hits the entrance way as Saliva's"King of My World" blares throughout the arena. As Brandon walks out slowly with both arms raised showing the Valor World Championship Belt. Once the music really starts going, Brandon slowly walks to the ring with a scowl on his face and argues with a few fans. Brandon then climbs under the bottom rope and takes the microphone from Steve Bond.>

BB: Ta Champ IS HERE!! Over this past week, my phone has not stopped ringing. Everyone wants to know who in the hell I am defending the World Heavyweight Championship against. You know what? SO DO I!! I have heard all sorts of ridiculous rumors from The Movie Man to Elvis to Eric Hardcastle himself. We know that these are all complete crap. Olberman, you and Mean Mike seem to think my fellow Impact Player, The Sin City Saint is getting the shot. And thats just not possible. Due to some issues with the airline, The Sin City Saint cannot be here tonight. So sorry.

<The lights in the arena dim down. Miseri Cantare by AFI plays and The Sin City Saint appears on the entrance ramp. Strobelights flash all around him. He slowly walks down the aisle and to the ring. He climbs on the apron and is poised on one knee. He over looks the crowd, then enters the ring. The lights come back to full brightness in the arena. The crowd is exploding into cheers, as The Sin City Saint takes the mic. from Bailey.>

SCS: Airline problems?! I wonder who's the son of a bitch who screwed with me?!?!?

<Saint goes face to face with Brandon Bailey. Bailey looks around, fearing the worse. The Sin City Saint smiles and Bailey and Saint hug, as the crowd boos. Brandon takes the mic. back.>

BB: HA! HA! The Impact Players are united and nothing and I mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.....can stop us. I dare anyone. Anyone. Big or small. It doesn't matter. I dare anyone in that dressing room to come down and stop us!! HA! HA! H.......

<"Real American" hits and the crowd leaps to their feet. The most infamous theme music in wrestling history blares in the arena, as "The Immortal" Hulk Hogan appears on the stage. Dawned in his red and yellow tye dye, complete with doo rag and boas, Hogan marches down to the ring. He tosses his sunglasses to the crowd and starts swinging his boas towards The Impact Players. Bailey and Saint scatter, as referee Jeff Bausman heads to the ring.>

K: MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

M: He's no god. He's as old God. But he aint one.

K: HULK HOGAN!!!! What is Hogan doing in Valor?!

M: Getting older. Same thing he does in the WWE.

K: Hogan is the mystery man. Jeff Bausman calls for the bell and Bailey enters the ring.....SNEAK ATTACK!!! Bailey with the double sledge in the back and another. Hogan is reeling early. Bailey with Hogan...scoop and a slam. Hogan on his knees......shaking up! HOGAN IS HULKING UP!!!

M: Is that what he is doing? I thought he was telling Bailey he doesnt sell.

K: Hogan on his feet, as Bailey continues the onslaught. Hogan turns and wags his finger in Bailey's face. Bailey is......LAUGHING?!

M: HA! HA!

K: Brandon is laughing at Hogan's finger pointing. Hogan with a right hand and another and another. Hogan with Bailey...Irish whip...........BIG BOOT!!!! Down goes Bailey. Hogan off the ropes. He drops the leg........he makes the cover........

K: Bailey kicksout before 3 and he is on his knees.

M: I dont think he is gonna give him a blow job.

K: Hogan saying no.

M: See, I told you.

K: Its The Assassin who is Hulking up now. Bailey now on his feet and wagging his finger in Hogan's face. Bailey breaks out laughing again. Right hand, right hand and another. Bailey with the Irish whip...........LITTLE BOOT!!!!

M: Down goes Hogan!

K: Bailey off the ropes.....he drops the leg..............

M: Bailey lifts Hogan up.

K: Bailey lifts Hogan's shoulder off the mat. Bailey now......checking for a heartbeat?!

M: Got to make sure Hulk's still with us.

K: The Huckster.....errr...Hulkster is still there, breathing very heavily. Bailey with Hogan........CHICAGO CRIPPLER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can Hogan surv......

M: He tapped out.

K: Evidently he cannot. Jeff Bausman calls for the bell.

M: Someone should call an ambulance.......and a nursing home.

K: The Assassin has beaten The Immortal Hulk Hogan!

M: Does that mean Brandon is immortal now?

K: The Sin City Saint is handing Hogan's doo rag and boas to Bailey. Bailey is putting them on and he has the mic. again.

<In the ring, as a medical team with a stretcher come out for Hogan.>

BB: Well let me tell you somethin Assamaniacs!!! For the last week, I've been hangn and bangn down on Venice Beach. Till the day I saw a great white shark. I hopped on its back, held on to its dorsel fin and........HA! HA! HA! Hulk Hogan, you didn't really think you could come into Valor and take the World Heavyweight Championship, did you?! Of course you did. You've spent years putting the boots to promoters, putting yourself over at countless superstars' expense. Thats not gonna happen here at Valor.....BRUDDA! So go find Brutus The Barber, The Zodiac, The Butcher, The Disciple, Brother Bruti, Beefcake, Ed Leslie or whatever he is calling himself these days and finally come to the realization that Hogan....he don't know best. The Assassin knows best! Hulk Hogan, not only did I retain the Valor World Title tonight. Not only did I take this ridiculous doo rag off your bald head. Not only did I take these gay ass boas from ya......but more importantly.....I TOOK YOUR DIGNITY!!!!

<Bailey drops the mic and wipes his ass with Hogan's doo rag. He and Saint exit the ring and head up the entrance.>

K: Strong, strong words by the champ!

M: Olberman, he wiped his ass with the doo rag. HA! HA! HA!

K: I saw it. I saw it. Why don't we take you from the absurd to the surreal.

<Screen fades back to the pretaped footage in front of a red curtain. This time, The Money Man Will Dinero appears.>

WD: I knew Eric Hardcastle for long time. I have admired his in ring ability and his work ethic. I can remember seeing him go out there and perform with 107 degree fever. Its just the way he was built. He is one we will truly miss.

<Screen fades to Shane Quickenbosh.>

SQ: When I first came to Valor, it was Eric Hardcastle who made me feel like apart of the team. I have watched this man evolve from his early days in this business about 5 years ago. He honed his trade and was remarkably good at it at a very young age. Some called him a prodigy of this business. I was proud to be a mark for the prodigy.

<Screen fades to Mike Stryker.>

MS: Five years ago to the day, I wrestled Eric Hardcastle for the ACW World Heavyweight Championship. I have been a veteran of this sport for 15 years. I have never in my life, been tested like I was that day. I look back at that match and it reminds me of Flair/Sting from the very first Clash of The Champions. On that night a superstar was born. I like to think I played Flair to his Sting. Eric.....you'll be truly missed.

<Screen fades back to ringside.>

K: Mean Mike, you and I had the pleasure of calling that match that night.

M: Oh I remember. The audience was electric that night. And we thought we had a new World Champion.

K: Yes we did. Just a hair away from capturing the World Title for the first time. Fond memories. Ok, up next will be our Junior Heavyweight contest. Get ready for some high flying action! Steve Bond....take it away!

<In the ring>

SB: Ladies and gentlemen, our next contest is scheduled for one fall and will be action in the Junior Heavyweight Division. This match has a 30 minute time limit. Introducing first, already in the ring.....................PRYME!!!!!!!!!!!

<A moderate cheer for Pryme.>

K: Pryme not getting his normal amount of cheers tonight. Perhaps, San Diego is not a fan of Pryme.

M: I guess not.

SB: And his opponent. He hails from West Mars, Pennsylvania. He stands 6'0" and weighs 197lbs............................."LIGHTNING QUICK" SHANE QUICKENBOSH!!!!!!!!!

<"Break It Down Again" softly plays. The crowd stands to their feet and begin to cheer. The music begins to grow louder, as the curtains open and "Lightning Quick" Shane Quickenbosh appears on the stage. He raises his arms up in the air and begins to bounce from side to side. He darts down the ramp and into the aisle. He points directly at the camera, as he walks down the aisle. He reaches his arms out, from side to side, slapping hands with the fans. He stops in the middle of the aisle and leans his back against the guard rail, as the fans embrace him. With a huge smile on his face, he points at the ring and leaps to the apron. He grabs the top rope and flips himself into the ring. He climbs to the middle rope and raises his arms to the crowd for another round of cheers.>

K: And there is the man that came within an eyelash of becoming the new Valor World Champion last week, here on Slam.

M: He almost robbed the champion of his title with his blatant disregard for the rules!

K: HIS WHAT?!

M: You heard me. He tried to use a chair on Bailey and steal the title.

K: I believe it was The Assassin who brought the chair into the ring in the first place.

M: But it wasn't Bailey who used it.

K: Referee Ian Anile calls for the bell and this one is underway. Both men lockup in the center of the ring. Hammerlock by Quickenbosh. Pryme looking for the counter.......Quick holding on. Pryme now springs up and uses the top rope for balance......drags Quickenbosh down. Quick charges....bpaso by Pryme.......Quick off the ropes....duck down by Pryme. Quick stops suddenly and Pryme turns........standing hurracanranna and Pryme goes flying out to the floor.

M: That was quick! No pun intended.

K: The pace quickens again........TOPE CON HILO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quickenbosh lands on his feet and tosses Pryme back into the ring. The fans are on their feet here. Quickenbosh from the apron.......slingshot sent......Pryme moves out of the way and Quick rolls to his feet. Quick charges and Pryme with the backbody drop and Quick lands on his feet on the apron. Quick with an elbow the jaw. He grabs Pryme by the hand, Greco Roman knuckle lock. Quick springs to the top rope............TOREADOR!!!

M: Pryme rolls back up.

K: Quick..........PALM STRI......Pryme spilt leg spilt and down he goes. Pryme rolls and mule kicks Quickenbosh into the corner. Pryme up and a forearm and another. He has Quickenbosh stunned here. Irish whip by Pryme and Quick hits the corner......Pryme charges.....Quick up.....SUNSET FLIP......

K: Quick back up and Pryme with a karate kick. Pryme with Quickenbosh....pickup and a slam. Pryme is going to the top rope........Quick nips up.....springboard.......PELE KICK!!!

M: HOLY SHI...


K: THAT WAS AMAZING!!! Pryme is down. Shane to the top rope.........QUICK SHA.....Pryme rolls out of the way and Quick rolls through. Quick turns............PALM STRIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pryme is down. Quick now.........CHAIN LIGHTNING!!!!!!!!!!!! He got'em!!!! The pin......

M: Incredible. Double springboard phoenix star.

K: Shane Quickenbosh picks up another big win and is establishing himself as one the perennial top conten.........

[Hardcastle]

M: VOODOO!!!!!

K: MY GOD!!! Voodoo hits the ring. Voodoo is assaulting Quickenbosh. Vooodoo with a pickup and a slam. Voodoo is going to the top rope.

M: Is he going for Sinner's Rebellion?!

K: WILL DINERO!!!!!!!!!!!!

M: THE MONEY MAN!!!

K: Dinero hits the ring and Voodoo gets off the ropes and he is walking around the ring. Dinero checking in on Quickenbosh. Voodoo slides back in....kicks Dinero in the back of the head and Dinero crashes into Quick.

M: PRYME!!!

K: Pryme with a clothesline and up and over the top go Pryme and Voodoo. Both men on the floor. Pryme and Voodoo are fighting up the aisle and Valor Security have come out. This was not supposed to happen.

M: Well it did. Wait a minute. Trouble in the ring.

K: Quickenbosh and Dinero having a war of words here.

M: Dinero was not happy that Quickenbosh came out at the end of his match on Thunder.

K: And looks like Quickenbosh is not happy that Dinero came out at the end of his here on Slam. Both men are coming to a face to face confrontation. Valor Security coming to the ring to make sure this does not come to blows. Lets step away to hear some more pre taped comments about Eric Hardcastle.

<Screen fades to the pre taped videos. Creeper is seated in front of a red curtain. His face rests in his hands. Creeper shakes his head and then walks off camera. Screen fades to the next video. "The Man" Ron Tibbs is seated in front of the red curtain.>

RT: For me, Eric Hardcastle will be most remembered for proving doubters wrong. Critics told Eric that he couldn't go hardcore. His style was better suited for high flying or technical wrestling. I had to agree, up until Valor Before Glory. I watch that man evolve and change his style and adapt. Thats what he knew best....adaptation.

<Screen fades from Tibbs to Immune.>

IM: I was not a fan of Eric Hardcastle. Never have been, never will be. But it aint about opinions tonight. Certainly, not mine. Its about a man who represented the core values of Valor, through and through. And that was Eric Hardcastle.

<Immune holds up a chickenwing to the camera. He reaches down and takes a bite out of it. He gnaws the meat right off the bone and walks off camera. Screen fades back to ringside.>

K: Immune....he's a character.

M: Man, that made me hungry. Someone page Immune and see if we can get some of those chickenwings up here.

K: I dont think so, Mean Mike. Alright, up next is our huge main event. First time in the history of Valor.......Zmaster and Saku. Rumors have speculated over who will be Zmaster's partners for Halloween Horrors in the Cage of Horrors Main Event. We can now confirm that Zmaster has selected The Creeper and Saku to join him in the cage.

M: Thats only a total of 3.

K: Thats right. Zmaster has not named his 2 other partners.

M: You mean he doesn't have 2 other partners. No one wants to get into that cage against the Impact Players.

K: I dont think thats the case.

M: Then why doesnt he have his team named completely?

K: An element of surprise?

M: You dont know! You are just saying that. I'm telling ya....they are all running scared!

K: I highly doubt that.

M: I dont. Olberman, why dont you volunteer to join Zmaster's team?!

K: ME?!

M: Yeah you.

K: I dont think so.

M: See....scared.

K: I'm not a wrestler. I'm a broadcast journalist. Alright Mean Mike, Steve Bond is in the middle of the ring, ready for the introductions.

[Hardcastle]

<In the ring>

SB: Ladies and gentlemen, up next is tonight's main event. This match is scheduled for one fall with a 45 minute time limit. Introducing first from Turku Finland. He stands 6'3" and weighs in at 225lbs.....................SAKU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<All house light are replaced with blinding white lights. The arena is silent for a moment until the white lights turn inot bluelights that change to white every 5 seconds. An instrumental anthem known as the Finnish NAtional Anthem begins to play and Saku emerges, holding a Finnish flag. He walks down to the ring, set his flag down leaning against the steps. He then rolls into the ring and goes to the far turnbuckle. He raises two hands and looks about the crowd for a moment before descending. >

K: Saku getting a nice ovation tonight.

M: What happened to Saku? He has lost his ruthless aggression.

K: And he has picked up an explosive offensive game plan. Saku dropped some weight and has really developed into a perennial favorite in Valor now.

M: Oh he is way too worried about the fans nowadays. When Zmaster hits that ring, Saku should punch him right in the jaw.

K: STOP IT!

SB: And his opponent. From Parts Unknown. Standing 7'0" and weighing in at 305lbs........................ZMASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<The lights go out. Lots of fire begins to form on the screen for the entrance. Explosion hits the air and the ramp catches fire and forms a square. A man begins to rise up there and it's ZMaster with Step Up playing. The crowd begins to cheer and then starts walking down the ramp with a serious look. He looks at the cheering crowd and then goes to the ring. He enters the ring and raises his arms in the air forming an x and drops them down violently and causes an explosion on all 4 corners of the ring.>

K: And listen to the ovation for The Legendary ZMASTER!!!!

M: Who cares Olberman?! You must be wetting yourself at this so called dream match.

K: I'm excited.

M: I knew it!

K: Senior official Noel Gevers assigned this contest. He is explaining the rules over to Saku and Zmaster, he calls for the bell and we are off. Everyone in this arena are standing on their feet. They cannot wait for this dream match.

M: I can't wait to take a piss.

K: Zmaster and Saku meet in the center of the ring and shake hands. Nice sign of respect there. Both men circling one another and they lockup........Zmaster is going to have the power advantage, as he powers Saku into the far corner. Ref. asks for the clean break and Zmaster obliges. Back to the center of the ring and both men are going to lock up again.....Saku uses his speed and turns into a hammerlock.

M: Punch him Z!

K: Zmaster looking for the counter........Zmaster with a snap mare and into a reverse chinlock to counter. Saku down and Zmaster using his weight advantage to lean up against him. Saku working his way to his feet and an elbow to the gut and another and another. He finally breaks the hold. Saku hits the ropes and runs into the immovable object known as Zmaster!!

M: That was dumb.

K: Zmaster with Saku....wait forearm and another forearm by Saku. He backs Zmaster into the ropes....Irish whip........DROPKICK!!!! Saku lands a picture perfect dropkick and Zmaster tumbles against the ropes. Saku with Zmaster.....Irish whip again......ANOTHER DROPKICK!!!! Down goes the big man. Saku.......ASAI MOONSAULT!!!! He makes the cover..........

M: Got to hook the leg.

K: Absolutely. Saku now with Zmaster a pick up and a scoop slam. Saku up.....leaping elbow drop. He hooks the leg...........

M: You will need a lot more to get a 300 pound man down.

K: Agreed. Saku with Zmaster now......thuderous chop and another. Zmaster retaliates and Saku fired off another. Zmaster with a thunderous knife edge and Saku staggers back. Saku now.....forearm to the face. Saku off the ropes..........flying forearm and Zmaster staggers into the corner. Saku climbing up on top of Zmaster into the corner.

M: Zmaster gonna over power Saku.

K: Brings him down......reverse atomic drop.......Saku steps back.......clothesline and down goes Zmaster. I am very suprised to see Saku dominating early here. Saku off the ropes......drives the knee to the head. Saku going for the cover again.....KICKOUT BY ZMASTER!!!! He never even got a 1 count.

M: Zmaster is just too big and too powerful.

K: Saku with Zmaster now......Zmaster with an uppercut and a right hand. He backs Saku into the ropes....Irish whip......reversed by Saku.........Saku with a clothesline.......duck by Zmaster and Zmaster from the near side............FLYING CLOTHESLINE!!!!!

M: WOW!!

K: What an impact. Zmaster turning the tide. The crowd trying to rally behind Zmaster here. Zmaster and Saku working their way back to their feet. Saku with a right..blocked by Zmaster. Saku again.....another block. Zmaster connects with a right and another and another. Zmaster with a headbutt and grabs Saku..........SIDEWALK SLAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Zmaster with the cover.........

SCS: What can you say about Eric Hardcastle? Here was a guy that put it on the line each and every night he went out there. He'll be missed. Here's to you, Eric!

<Saint holds his bottle of beer up in the air in a salute. The screen fades from Saint to The Assassin Brandon Bailey. Bailey is sitting there with the Valor World Title resting on his lap.>

BB: I'm not gonna come out here and lie to everyone. I didn't like Eric Hardcastle. Never have and never will. But for the sake of my sister, I'll just say that I have known Eric Hardcastle for a very, very long time. And I can honestly say, I will never forget the son of a bitch!

<Screen fades from Bailey to Zmaster. Zmaster is standing in front of the red curtain.>

ZM: In all my years in this sport, I have never seen a young man with so much love and passion for this business. This was a man who would do whatever it took. He took so much pride in this business and would never allow someone to speak badly of it. He was stubborn. And he was loyal. But most of all he was my friend. And he will be missed.

<Screen fades out from Zmaster and fades back to ringside. The ring is completely redecorated. The mat is covered in a black top. There is a podium, a number of chairs, a black wreath and a number of flower decorating the ring. Inside the ring, seated next to the podium are Brittney Bailey, who has changed her hair color. We also see her brother, Brandon Bailey sitting next to her, followed by Mike Stryker, The Sin City Saint, Immune and Ron Tibbs. On the other side of the podium is Zmaster and next to Zmaster is President Steven Lynch.>

K: Ladies and gentlemen, just a few last minute preparations for this special event. Mean Mike, I really think President Steven Lynch had the right idea with this service.

M: Hopefully it helps bring some closure.

K: I too hope for the same. Steven Lynch is standing in front of the podium.

<In the ring>

SL: Good evening ladies and gentlemen. We are gathered here tonight not to mourn a loss, but to celebrate a life. The life of one Eric Hardcastle. At this time, we would like to direct you to the Valor Tron, where we have a special video package.

<Camera zooms in on the Valor Tron. Eric's image appears on the screen with his birth and death date. "Photographs" by Nickelback begins to play. Still images of Eric Hardcastle flash up on the Valor Tron. First a shot of Eric and Brittney backstage is shown. Then a shot of Eric after Hell In A Cell with Erik Caine. A shot of Eric and Zmaster hanging out. The screen flashes to a shot of Eric hanging out backstage with members of the Valor roster. A few shots of Eric embracing the fans. More photos begin to flash on the screen including a shot of Eric and Brittney passionately kissing, Eric passed out following his match against Brandon Bailey and the final image is of Eric Hardcastle looking over his shoulder and staring back. As the footage comes to a close, there is not a dry eye in the arena. Even Kevin Olberman is upset, as Mean Mike Patrick hands him some TP. Brittney is seated with Brandon's arm around her, trying to comfort her. Steven Lynch pauses and then begins to speak.>

[Hardcastle]

SL: A very special thanks for Nickelback for the beautiful song that they wrote especially for tonight's event. Now, Zmaster would like to read a poem that he wrote especially for Eric Hardcastle. Zmaster.......

<Zmaster stands up and walks over to the podium. He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a piece of paper. >

ZM: For Eric. And he has left us. Yet, in his absence, his presence is and shall be, strong than ever. For he is everywhere now. And he is, inside of us. We, who witnessed the brillance of his flame and were warmed by its heat. We, who heard the chimes of his churchbell laughter ring the plains of starry dawns. We, who stood in the pure rain of his divine and noble spirit are now its blessed, honored keepers. Within and through us, he shall live on. And our lives shall ever be enriched. By him in ways wonderous and untold. Fly high, dear friend. Fly high.

<Zmaster finishes his poem and sits down. Steven Lynch stands back up and walks over to the podium.>

SL: Thank you Zmaster, that was very, very touching. As much as Eric's passing has been difficult for us. None has it been more difficult than our next speaker. Through it all, Eric loved her with his heart. For the first time since the tragedy.......Brittney Bailey.

<Brittney is pretty emotional, as she stands up and walks over to the podium. Steven Lynch smiles at her, before he takes a seat.>

BRB: Eric is alive. He's alive in the face adversity. He's alive in the good things that he did do. Some of you might not have thought of Eric as a good friend or person, or someone who did the right thing, all the time. In some ways....... you're right. Eric didn't lead a model life, but he helped many of you in this company at different times. That should count for something, right? It was sometimes a fight for Eric. It was sometimes a struggle. It didn't always come easy for him, because in this world, it always comes with a price. But he still tried. I love Eric. And I know... I know that he loved me.

<Steven Lynch walks up to Brittney and gives her a hug. She walks back to her seat.>

SL: Thank you Brittney. I realize how difficult this must be for you. Right now, we are gonna hear from Eric's biggest opponent, the Valor World Heavyweight Champion........"The Assassin" Brandon Bailey.

<The crowd boos.>

SL: Please! Please! This isn't about what Brandon may or may not do. This isn't about personal opinions. This is about celebrating a life. So I ask you to please keep your personal feelings aside.

<Crowd boos even louder.>

SL: Brandon, the microphone is yours.

<Brandon walks over to the podium. He shrugs Lynch away.>

Bailey: I still don't know why I'm here doin' this fa' Eric. I don't know why I was picked ta' even say anything. Afta' all tha' slanderous words, tha' pain, sufferin', and humiliation that I've caused him. Hell, I tried to ruin his career. I spit in his face after tryin' ta' shove his teeth down his throat with a steel chair. Friends close, and enemies closa' huh?

<Bailey looks at Brittney and smiles.>

Bailey: So here I go; Hardcastle's worst enemy, about ta' deliver tha' eulogy.

<Brandon takes sip of water from the glass on the podium, clears his throat, and says...>

Bailey: Who was Eric Hardcastle? People know him, but they didn't really know him. Not like I did. Ya' neva' really know a man unless ya' had tha' chance ta' face him in a fight. Afta' many battles wrought with sweat, pain, hate, and blood, I've come ta' learn who Eric Hardcastle was. Eric Hardcastle was...tha'...PIECE OF S**T THAT I ALWAYS SAID HE WAS!!!

<Screen fades to Olberman and Patrick. Olberman's face explodes into anger. Mean Mike Patrick reaches over, holding Olberman back. The crowd erupts into boos. President Steven Lynch and Zmaster get up, as Immune and Ron Tibbs stand next to Bailey, keeping Zmaster and Lynch at bay.>

Bailey: Did ya' actually think that I gave two F***s about whether Hardcastle lived or died?! If ya' did, ya' dumba' than I thought. Hardcastle was nothin' but a pain in my ass since day one. I've neva' liked him, and all that talk about respect was nothin' but a lie. Why should I respect him? What has he done that would allow tha' honor of earnin' my respect? Nothin'. All he did was get my naive sista' ta' fall fa' him.

<Looks at Brittney.>

Bailey: Tha' one person that loved only me. Britt, you were my only true fan, and you were tha' only person I could turn ta'. Ya' could've dated anyone else, but ya' had ta' pick that dead son of a bitch! Ya' had ta' pick tha' one wrestla' that I hated more than anything in this world. Now look at him! Look at that piece of garbage! He's dead, but now he's actually useful because he'll be fertalizin' tha' cemetary lawn.

<Brandon spits on the ground. Brandon makes a motion to the entrance way. Suddenly, 6 men cloaked in black hooded gowns appear. They are pushing a large casket down the aisle. They roll the casket behind the ring, by the announcers. The 6 mystery men climb into the ring. Brandon takes the micrphone out of the podium. He walks over in front of Brittney.>

BB: So you must be wondering what exactly is in the casket? You must be wondering how I could do this ta ya?! I tell ya, Brit! Since ya miss ta son of a bitch so much..........I went and had him dug up for you!!! Tats right......I had Eric Hardcastle dug up!!

<Brandon walks over to the back of the ring, knocking over the wreath and some flowers. He spits on the casket.>

Bailey: He's dead, gone, and outta' my hair fa' good. Tha' constant pain in tha' ass is gone and it feels so damn good! I feel alive again and on top of tha' world. So join me in a hymn ta' commemorate tha' moment...Na Na Na Na! Na Na Na Na! Hey Hey Hey! GOOOOOD BYYYYYYYYYE! Na Na Na Na! Na Na Na Na! Hey Hey Hey! GOOOOOD BYYYYYYYYYE!

<He walks back over to Brittney, who has stood up now, laughing in her face. Brittney's face turns red and she takes swing at Brandon. Brandon grabs her hand and pushes her down to the ground. Mike Stryker leaps from his seat and grabs the micrphone from Brandon.>

MS: That's it!!! Enough is enough, Brandon! What the hell are you doing?! Have you completely lost it?

<Brandon stares at Mike.>

MS: A man is dead. HE'S DEAD!!!! Have you no heart? No soul?!

<Brandon grabs the micrphone back.>

BB: After last week, maybe I should be asking you that question? I mean, you almost cost me ta World Title. You think I didn't take notice?! But you know.....I'm a forgivn man.

<Brandon walks away from Mike, turning his back.>

BB: You and I have been best friends for 13 years now. Saint.........

<The Sin City Saint folds up the wooden chair he was sitting on and smashes it over the head of Mike Stryker. One of the hooded men grabs Steven Lynch, tossing him to the floor. Zmaster is attacked by the Immune and Tibbs. The men in the hoods stand in front of the ring, keeping others from coming down to help out. Bailey and Saint begin stomping away at Mike Stryker.>

K: THAT SON OF A BITCH!!!!

M: Mike Stryker is gonna pay the price. The price of betryal....damn Judas.

K: Bailey makes me sick. Saint and Bailey are working over Mike Stryker. Saint has him held open and Bailey is just hammering away at his best friend. Tibbs and Immune are working over Zmaster!! And all hell has absolutely broken out at the Eric Hardcastle Memorial Service.

M: Olberman, Brittney!

K: Brittney is up and she is trying to get Brandon to stop. Brandon catches her with an elbow to the jaw!!!!!! That bastard!!!

M: IT was inadvertent.

K: Brittney is hurt and she is down. That son of a bitch doesnt give a damn!!! He isnt concerned. He is just concerned with hurting Mike Stryker right now.

<Crowd explodes into cheers, as Saku and The Creeper come running down the aisle.>

M: Saku And Creeper!!!

K: DAMN IT!!! They are met by the men in the cloaks. Its 4 on 2. The numbers are just too many! GOD DAMN THE IMPACT PLAYERS!!!!! I FUC.........

<The lights go out. The crowd starts to pipe down, as the fans are shocked the lights have turned out.>

M: Olberman...what the hell is going on?!

K: I....I....I don't kn...........

<A thunderbolt explodes onto the casket. "Paperthin Hymn" by Anberlin plays and the lid to casket lifts open and a single spotlight hits the casket, as the lights begin to come back on. The action stops. The Sin City Saint looks over, as Brandon continues to pound on Stryker. The men in the cloaks stop and stare. Tibbs and Immune look over at the spotlight. The crowd begin to cheer, as The Valor Tron lights up. The name........THE PRODIGAL MESSIAH appears on the Valor Tron. It begins to blink, as everyone turns their heads towards the Valor Tron. The crowd roars into cheers as.................>

[Hardcastle]

K:...........................ERIC HARDCASTLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<Mean Mike Patrick's jaw drops and he falls out of his chair, as his eyes roll into the back of his head.>

K: OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is alive!!! Eric Hardcastle is alive!!! Hardcastle in the ring........here come the hooded like Klansmen. Hardcastle......right hands...right hands. Hardcastle is fighting off 2 of the sheet barers. Here comes Tibbs and Hardcastle tosses him up and over the top rope and into the casket. Sin City Saint charges........SHOWSTOPPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mike?!

<Olberman looks down to the floor, where Mean Mike is laying down.>

K: Do you believe in miracles?!? Zmaster is fighting his way back up and he and Immune are duking it out. Bailey still has not seen Eric. And now Hardcastle is stalking down Bailey. The klansmen on the outside are pointing at Hardcastle. Bailey is confused. He turns....................OH MY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look at the look on the champion's face!!!!!!!!!! He is turning white as white can be. He looks like he is seeing a ghost. Hardcastle's t-shirt says it all.......STRONGER THAN DEATH!!!!!!!!!!!! Bailey falls down on his ass and he is backing off.....trying to scramble. Mike?!

<Mean Mike is still passed out on the floor. Olberman takes his soda and splashes Mean Mike in the face, unfortunately that was Mean Mike's spitoon for his chewing tobacco.>

K: Oops! Thought that was my soda.

<Mean Mike continues to be passed out.>

K: SIN CITY SAINT!!!!!!!!! He yanks Bailey out of the ring, as Eric Hardcastle has cleared the ring. Zmaster helping Mike Stryker up, as Saku and Creeper stare at Hardcastle with looks of shock. The champion and the Impact Players are shocked, stunned. So are we all.

<The camera zooms in on Brandon Bailey.>

BB: I saw you killed. You're dead. This is the really real world. There ain't no coming back. This is the really really, real world. There ain't no coming back. THERE AINT NO COMING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

K: ERIC HARDCASLTE HAS RETURNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE PRODIGAL MESSIAH IS BACK!!!!!! And the Impact Players are in TROUBLE!!!! Believe in angels. Believe in miracles. Believe. Eric Hardcastle is back!

<The screen fades to black, as Eric Hardcastle stares down Brandon Bailey. The baby faces stand in the ring, triumphant, as Brittney stares down at Brandon with a wicked smile, as she holds her jaw.>

Nice results EH. Pulled one over on us real nice and good like. Everything I expected in my match pretty much happened as I expected it. Not sure about you, Z, but I learned that RP ing for a respect match is freaking hard.

The only negative I found in these is the fact that Hulk Hogan was there. I wasn't too fond of that.

Wow, just completely wow, this was amazing work. having the wrestlers talk during the show was awesome. then the ending was completely awesome. the bailey vs. hogan match was short but funny. the quickenbosh vs. pryme match was a nice fight between junior heavyweights. Congrats to Zmaster beating Saku int he dream match, but a very nice try from Saku. hoping to see a rematch eventually.

O yeah and one more thing....

Zmaster, I liked your poem. Did you actually write that? I also liked the scenes taped by each wrestler. Reminded me of the Owen Hart RAW, a few years back. The matches themselves were pretty good. Though, it would have been better if my opponent Pryme had roleplayed. Unfortunately, that one didn't live up to expectations, as I had expected. Maybe next time, eh?

Hardcastle, your dramatic build at the end was priceless. Perhaps, Vince McMahon should bring you on as writer. I was really wondering what was going to happen after Brandon turned on Mike Stryker. But who is Mike Stryker? I see his name mentioned, but he doesn't wrestle or roleplay. Overall, spectacular job on this event. Anxious to see the next one.
