We come to an old football stadium. We are up in the skybox where the announcers speak about the football. We see the chairs are turned around and the microphone is on the stand in front of the chairs. One of the spinney chairs turns around and there is VWA superstar Voodoo. He scoots up to the microphone. He flips the switch so it can be heard over the whole stadium. He then stands up and removes his jacket. He sits back down in the chair and begins to speak.
Voodoo: This is where it all began. This is where Pryme got his start. On the football field. I looked up a lot of history on him and none of it was interesting until it mentioned how he got the nickname Prymetyme. You see we have in Valor a man that could’ve been a college trophy winner if he chose to stick with the sport of football. The coaches loved him and the public adored him. He gave all that up to go to wrestling camp to become a professional wrestler. Now to me that is dedication to a sport that you love. The only bad thing about that is he gave up a perfect opportunity to succeed. Just to do something else and fail. Night after night the announcers would announce him as the fans would go crazy. He would go out onto the field and give one hell of a performance. Now when he is announced in the ring the fans cheer and he puts on a successful match. When he played football he was a legend. He joined Valor to become a pee on.
Voodoo shuts off the microphone and stands up. He walks over to the locker where the headphones are kept. He sees a tank that has fresh water in it. He grabs a cup and pours some purified water into it. He takes a drink of the water and crushes the cup. He tosses the paper cup into the trash and begins to speak.
Voodoo: Pryme you got your start and fame in another area. A wrestler is all I ever dreamed of becoming. Ever since I was little I was jumping off tree houses onto my friends and stuff like that. To this day I love every minute of it. In your eyes you can see no dedication, not the kind you had for football. I think you need to go play football and do your dream instead of screwing up others like me. I dreamed of becoming a top performer but since my screw up when I lost to you, I stand no chance. Now I get my chance for rebellion. I get to go up against you one on one again only this time the record book is going to be different. We are going to walk out of Halloween Horrors with our records tied. I am going to beat you in my game. This isn’t football pal. There is no protection except self-defense. You have to defend for yourself not a whole team. This is my game and I just hit the reset button. Come Halloween Horrors the game will be over having me as the victor and having you as the loser.
Voodoo opens up the locker. He throws all the headphones on the ground and jumps on them to show his frustration. He then spits on them and walks out the door. We look through the glass and see Voodoo leaving. He is walking on the field toward the exit door. We cut to commercial having the door slam shut and us looking over the football field.
