Ready – RP#1[/u]
As he sits back and relaxes in his comforter in front of an open fire, the visual of a man in a maroon robe with his feet relaxing on a bench in front of him can be seen. With his hand extended for a cup of Cocoa, he pulls it towards him and takes a sip. He places the cup back on the table as he cracks his neck. You can tell he has done so by the motion of his head and the small sound of a crack in a man’s body part. The camera zooms around to see a picture of Martin Paine staring into the open fireplace. His eyes are blank, and as the fire kettles rise, he can’t do much but just fold his hands together and shake his head.
Martin Paine: It was supposed to be easy. It was supposed to be go in there, beat Dinero, get the job done, and it was over. But no, I lost. Dinero got the better of me in his giant return match on Thunder. But you know what? Its over, it’s done. I lost, fair and square. I’m still #1 Contender for the Jr. Title, and I still hold the contract close to me for safekeepings. Martin dips his hand down the armrest to bring up the briefcase which contains the contract papers for the Jr. Title Match Now for those who don’t know, the match is signed. At Holiday Havoc, everyone will see me in one corner, and standing in the other corner across from me will be my opponent and the man who got a Count out Victory over me… Havok. Him and I have some supposed history. We both beat ATM at Deadly Encounters, which I’m sure we would’ve lost due to him fucking up. But alas, we worked together and he got the pin. Congrats Havok, see you at Holiday Havoc when I’ll be standing tall against you holding the brand new Valor Jr. Title in the air for everyone and their mother to see. Haha. But anyways, for my M-marks, this Thursday on Thunder sees the arrival of a whole group of newcomers. But my match in particular is huge. Ryan Young returns from the embarrassing loss he suffered to be at Halloween Horrors, and he teams with newcomer Jackyl to fight me and the other newcomer Hank “Loverboy” Williams. Now this Hank dude thrives himself on women. I can’t blame him. Some women are just irresisitable, but Hank, theirs something I wanna clue you in on. I don’t trust you. You may be new, but I know your main goal is capture gold in Valor. Can’t blame you on that again. But right now, I’m in a state of mind where I don’t trust ANYONE. I’m a man crazed to win the title, and once I steam roll my opponents on Thunder, I’m coming at Holiday Havoc to realize my dream… becoming Valor Jr. Heavyweight Champion!
Martin ends the scene with a laugh as he clutches the briefcase close to his chest. Scene closes.
OOC - Shitty RP, but I atleast got one out there that put all I needed to say out there.
